From Practice to Preceptor (FP2P) Faculty Training Program

The From Practice to Preceptor (FP2P) Faculty Training Program at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine is designed to spark interest in dental academia and cultivate the next generation of dental educators. Participants will gain foundational knowledge central to dental education. The curriculum has three pillars: Administration, Clinical, and Teaching. Participants will also gain direct experience in preclinical and clinical teaching under the guidance of experienced faculty mentors.
