Patient Portal invitations expire after 72 hours. If your invitation has expired, you may still be able to activate your account by using the password recovery process.
- Go to the Patient Portal login screen.
- Select "Recover Password."
- Enter the email address that is on file with RSDM.
- Follow the instructions in the password recovery email to create your password and activate your account.
If you do not receive the password recovery email, or if you are still unable to activate your account, please contact the clinic where your appointment is scheduled. Clinic staff can send you a new welcome email.
-
If you have not received an invitation to the Patient Portal, please check the inbox and spam or junk folder for the email address you provided to RSDM. The invitation will be sent from noreply@bridgeinteract.io.
If you still do not receive the invitation, please contact the clinic where your appointment is scheduled. Clinic staff can confirm that your email address and mobile phone number are correct and send the welcome email again if needed.
-
If you forgot your Patient Portal password, go to the Patient Portal login screen and select "Recover Password." Enter the email address that is on file with RSDM, and then follow the instructions in the password recovery email to create a new password.
If you do not receive the password recovery email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot reset your password, contact the clinic where your appointment is scheduled for assistance.

When you log in to the Patient Portal, you will be asked to verify your identity with a one-time code sent to your email address or mobile phone number. We recommend using your mobile phone number for this step when possible, because text messages are often received more quickly than email.
If you do not receive your code right away, please wait a few minutes before requesting a new one. If you selected email, check your inbox and spam or junk folder. If the option is available, try sending the code by text instead.
Please request a new code only when needed. If you request a code three times in a row without successfully logging in, your account may be locked for security reasons.
If your account is locked, or if you still do not receive the code, please contact the clinic where your appointment is scheduled. Clinic staff can confirm that your email address and mobile phone number are correct and assist with unlocking your account.
-
If your mobile phone number or email address is incorrect or has changed, please contact the clinic where your appointment is scheduled. Clinic staff can update the contact information on file with RSDM.
After your information is updated, clinic staff can send the welcome email again if needed. You must have a current email address and mobile phone number on file to use the Patient Portal and receive one-time verification codes.

You can update your Patient Portal communication preferences at any time. After you sign in to the Patient Portal, select your name or profile icon in the upper-left corner of the screen, and then select "Profile."
From your Profile page, scroll down the navigation menu and select "Settings," under which you can choose how you receive portal notifications and reminders.
To stop receiving a type of notification, select "No" for that communication method, such as email or text/SMS. When you are finished, select "Save" to apply your changes.
RSDM recommends keeping both email and text/SMS notifications turned on so you can receive timely information about upcoming appointments, outstanding balances, new messages, treatment-related updates, and other important account activity. If you choose to turn off notifications, you may not receive some updates as quickly.
Please note that some account-related or security notifications may still be sent when necessary to support your Patient Portal account.
-
You can update your preferred portal language at any time. After you sign in to the Patient Portal, select your name or profile icon in the upper-left corner of the screen, and then select "Profile." Then, scroll down the navigation menu and select "Settings." In this section, choose your preferred language from the "Language Interface" menu. This will also update the language used for Patient Portal email and text/SMS notifications. Select "Save" to apply your change.
